Active Bodies. Active Minds

Here is a list of if activities that you can do for ten minutes each. During the day pick at least six of these activities to total 60 minutes throughout the day. There are many other activities but here are a few examples:

  • Jumping Rope (individual or with group)
  • Juggle a soccer ball
  • Skateboarding
  • Hula Hoop
  • Riding bikes
  • Skating
  • Four Square
  • Tag
  • Sit-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Toss a football or baseball
  • Dance
