10 – The Venezuelan connection
Both Venezuelan players, Emilio Renteria and Bernardo Anor, appeared in their 10th game of the season last Saturday (Aug. 13) against New England. Renteria capped his return from injury with his fifth goal of the season.
Defender Chad Marshall is now the only Crew player to have played every minute of every game.
Defender Sebastian Miranda is the only other player, aside from Marshall, to have seen action in every game this season.

Jeff Cunningham’s game-winner against Vancouver, on July 6, was his 63rd in Black & Gold, good enough for the lead in the club’s all-time scoring books. The tally was also his 133rd which ties him with Jaime Moreno for all-time MLS Scoring lead.
