The Columbus Crew announced today that it has signed a pair of new corporate partners that will enhance the club’s facilities maintenance and operations. Jani-King International has been inked to a five-year deal that makes them the “Official Cleaning Provider of the Columbus Crew, ” while Environmental Pest Management will provide monthly services throughout Crew Stadium, including the administrative offices, and at the Crew Training Center in Obetz under the terms of a one-year pact.
“We are thrilled to welcome these two strong brands to our roster of corporate partners,” said Crew President & General Manager Mark McCullers. “They are both highly respected and will bring tremendous expertise and accomplishment to our facilities.”
Jani-King International, a leader in stadium and large venue cleaning services which also recently became the “Official Cleaning Provider of Major League Soccer,” will receive signage and company identification within each Crew Stadium Suite. The Crew becomes the first MLS club reach agreement on a local partnership with Jani-King.
Already a major player in the stadium services market, Jani-King provides cleaning services at the Louisiana Superdome, Qualcomm Stadium, Ford Field, Comerica Park, Great American Ballpark, Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, New Orleans Arena, Time Warner Cable Center and more including Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX, host to the 2011 Super Bowl.
