The Columbus Crew announced today that it has signed Medical Mutual to an integrated multi-year corporate partnership that positions the Ohio-based health insurer as the “Official Health Insurer of the Crew.” Per club policy, no financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
Medical Mutual also becomes a Presenting Sponsor of the Crew’s weekly radio show, “Inside the Crew,” which airs Tuesdays from 8-9 p.m. on 1460 ESPN Columbus.
Community commitment and building relevant, long-term relationships with the organizations with which it works are key company values of Medical Mutual. To that end, it will support the Crew Soccer Foundation’s Kicks for Kids program, which affords deserving young people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a Crew game.

In addition to the Crew organization’s health insurance business, Medical Mutual will receive in-stadium signage, commercial spots on English radio game broadcasts and advertising in “FreeKick,” the official game program of Major League Soccer.
