The Crew returns home, after a 2-0 setback at the hands of reigning MLS Cup-champion Colorado last Friday (Aug. 5), to host Eastern Conference rival New England Revolution this Saturday, Aug. 13, at 7:30 p.m. at Crew Stadium. The ever popular Bob Evans Buck-a-Brat night is back for Saturday’s contest, when fans will be able to purchase juicy, full-size Bob Evans Bratwursts for just $1 throughout the game.

The match will be televised live regionally on ONN with Dwight Burgess and Duncan Oughton calling all the action and Katie Witham reporting from the sidelines. It will also be broadcast in high definition exclusively to Time Warner Cable Mid-Ohio customers in Columbus on Ch. 1311. The game can be heard in English on News/Talk 610 WTVN and on-line at TheCrew.com, with Neil Sika and John Bluem behind the microphone, and in Spanish on La Mega 103.1, with Carlos Cordova and Benny Pietrangelo on the call.

The Crew’s all-time record against New England is 26-16-10, and in  the most recent home contest, on May 8, 2010, the Crew defeated New England 3-2 behind a goal by Eddie Gaven, an own goal by Cory Gibbs and a stoppage-time game-winner by Robbie Rogers.  Rogers will be returning from U.S. National Team duty after a friendly match with Mexico on Wednesday (Aug.10).

The Revolution sits in seventh place in the Eastern Conference with a 4-10-9 record and 21 points. Perennial All-Star Shalrie Joseph leads the team in goals with seven while midfielder Benny Feilhaber leads in assists with three.

Next up the Crew will host another Eastern Conference showdown as it faces the Philadelphia Union on Saturday, Aug. 20 at 7:30 p.m. at Crew Stadium.
