The Crew’s annual team equipment sale will be held at Crew Stadium’s Upper 90 Club this Saturday (Dec. 3), in conjunction with a retail sale at the Crew Gear Store featuring the first availability of the club’s new 2012 jerseys.
The Crew Gear store will be open from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, and as an added bonus, everyone who purchases a 2012 jersey that day will be eligible for FREE personalization (choice of name and number). Limited quantities will be available through the holiday season.
The team equipment sale will be open to the general public from 12-2 p.m., following exclusive access periods for Crew Soccer Nation members earlier in the day. At that event, fans will be able to purchase official team-issued Crew equipment – some of it game-used – including jerseys, training tops, jackets and much more at discounted prices (while supplies last). Proceeds of the team equipment sale will benefit the Crew Soccer Foundation.
Crew midfielder/defender Danny O’Rourke will be on hand from 10-11:30 a.m. to sign autographs and interact with shoppers and fans.
Attendees are also invited to participate in the Crew’s holiday food drive benefitting St. Stephen’s Community House. Non-perishable food items can be brought to Crew Stadium on Saturday to assist families in need. Collection bins will be set up in the Crew Stadium Administrative Office Lobby and the Upper 90 Club. Anyone who donates 50 or more items will receive a 2011 Crew team-signed poster.
