Columbus Crew SC waives rookie forward Sagi Lev-Ari

Columbus Crew SC today announced that it has waived rookie forward Sagi Lev-Ari.


Lev-Ari was originally drafted in the Second Round (35th overall) of the 2015 MLS SuperDraft on January 15. The native of Israel made three appearances for the club in the 2015 preseason, finding the back of the net on February 18 as part of a 7-0 win over London United at the IMG Suncoast Pro Classic.


Crew SC next plays on March 28 at MAPFRE Stadium when the New York Red Bulls visit Columbus.
