Earlier this week, Crew SC midfielder Emil Larsen was called-up for a pre-Olympic tournament with the Denmark U-23 squad in South Korea.
Denmark took on the Honduras U-23 team in the Suwon World Cup Stadium yesterday, June 2, for its first match of three in the tournament. After falling behind two goals to none, Denmark stormed back with four unanswered tallies. Larsen came into the match as a substitute in the 60th minute. Honduras got a goal back, but the Danes came out on top in a 4-3 win.

Denmark U-23 takes the pitch again on June 4 to face Nigeria U-23 before concluding the tournament against the hosts, South Korea, on June 6.
