  • Manneh (pronounced “MAH-NAY”) is in his fifth MLS season and has made 101 regular-season appearances (62 starts).
  • At the international level, he has experience with the Gambian Under-20 National Team. On January of 2017, after earning his US citizenship, he was called into the U.S. National Team camp by Head Coach Bruce Arena.
  • As a rookie, Manneh became the youngest player (18 years, 283 days) to score a hat trick in MLS, scoring three goals in the first 53 minutes of a 4-1 victory over Seattle (October 10, 2013).
  • In 2015 he won the Amway Canadian Championship with Vancouver and made his first CONCACAF Champions League appearance against Seattle (September 23, 2015).
  • In 2016, Manneh was ranked number five by MLSSoccer.com in their “24 Under 24” series of articles, which highlights the best MLS players under the age of 24.


Crew SC next takes to the pitch at MAPFRE Stadium on Saturday with a special 4 p.m. kickoff against Orlando City SC. Saturday's showdown against Orlando City will be just the fifth regular season meeting between the clubs all-time. Crew SC has lost to the Lions just once, outscoring the Florida outfit 13-10.
