Ticket Exchange Policy & Procedures

The Ticket Exchange Program is an exclusive benefit of Crew SC Full Season Members and 10-Match Plan holders. This benefit allows tickets from future matches to be exchanged into select Crew SC home matches. Tickets must be exchanged a minimum of two (2) business days in advance of the match you will not be attending. Once the match has passed, the ticket may not be exchanged. Ticket exchanges are available in select price levels and in limited quantities. Matches or price levels may become unavailable at any time.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Tickets must be exchanged a minimum of two (2) business days in advance of the match you will not be attending.
     
  • Any exchanges conducted on a match day must be completed no later than 60 minutes prior to kickoff at the designated ticket exchange windows at both ticket booths located next to Gates 4 & 5, and tickets from future matches must be used.
     
  • Due to being sold out, memberships located in the Center Circle, Scotts Field Seats, Premier East & Nordecke are unable to exchange directly into these designated locations. Please contact your dedicated Client Services Representative to conduct your ticket exchange for another location, if available.
     
  • Once a ticket has been exchanged, it cannot be re-exchanged.
     
  • When tickets are exchanged, you will print out new tickets on Account Manager
     
  • All parking passes must be exchanged a minimum of two (2) business days in advance of the day the parking pass is originally scheduled for. Once the match has passed, an un-used parking pass cannot be exchanged.
     
  • Exchanged tickets may not be combined with group orders, other offers or premium hospitality locations.
     
  • Single-match, group tickets, or other type of promotional ticket is not valid for ticket exchange.
     
  • Tickets may be donated to the Crew SC Foundation. Please contact your client service representative for more information.

How to Exchange (Full Season)

  • Log on to Account Manager:
    • Click “Manage this event” for the match you want to exchange
    • Click “Print at home”
    • Select the seats you wish to exchange
    • In the upper right, click print (number of seats will be in ( )
    • Click continue to print
    • Check box to agree to terms of use and click submit
    • Tickets will download as PDF’s and you will then save to computer
    • Email the PDF tickets to TicketExchange@ColumbusCrewSC.com and include in the body of email which match you would like to exchange into and any other details pertaining to the exchange.
    • Once exchange has been processed, you will receive confirmation and tickets will be available on Account Manager to print.
  • Exchange in person with your membership card at the MAPFRE Stadium Ticket Office, Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
     
  • Exchange in person with your membership card on the day of match at the designated Season Ticket Member windows located next to Gates 4 & 5. Tickets being exchanged on match-days must be for future matches, must be completed 60 minutes prior to kickoff.
