The Ticket Exchange Program is an exclusive benefit of Crew SC Full Season Members and 10-Match Plan holders. This benefit allows tickets from future matches to be exchanged into select Crew SC home matches. Tickets must be exchanged a minimum of two (2) business days in advance of the match you will not be attending. Once the match has passed, the ticket may not be exchanged. Ticket exchanges are available in select price levels and in limited quantities. Matches or price levels may become unavailable at any time.
Full Season Members can choose from 9 pre-determined matches to exchange into and 10-Match Plan holders can choose from 3 pre-determined matches to exchange into.
How to Exchange
- New for 2017--Dedicated Season Ticket Member web page will be available to submit your exchanges
- Exchange in person with your membership card at the MAPFRE Stadium Ticket Office, Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Tickets must be exchanged a minimum of two (2) business days in advance of the match you will not be attending.
- Once a ticket has been exchanged, it cannot be re-exchanged.
- When tickets are exchanged, you will receive a confirmation email from the box office and will then be able to print out your tickets via Account Manager.
- Due to being sold out, memberships located in the Center Circle, Scotts Field Seats, Premier East are unable to exchange directly into these designated locations. Please contact our Membership Team to conduct your ticket exchange for another location, if available.
- Any exchanges conducted on a match day must be completed no later than 60 minutes prior to kickoff at the designated ticket exchange windows at both ticket booths located next to Gates 4 & 5, and tickets from future matches must be used.
- All parking passes must be exchanged a minimum of two (2) business days in advance of the day the parking pass is originally scheduled for. Once the match has passed, an un-used parking pass cannot be exchanged.
- Exchanged tickets may not be combined with group orders, other offers or premium hospitality locations.
- Single-match, group tickets, or other type of promotional ticket is not valid for ticket exchange.
