The Crew takes on the Dayton Dutch Lions in the eighth match of the 2013 MLS Reserve League Wednesday night. The midweek clash marks the third time the Black & Gold have met with their Buckeye State rivals in 2013. In the first meeting, the Crew eliminated the Dutch Lions from the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup with a 2-1 victory at Crew Stadium. Ten days later, the two sides drew 4-4 in Dayton in Reserve League play following Shane Smith's 89th-minute equalizer for the Dutch Lions.
