COLUMBUS – The Columbus Crew today announced that the club has partnered with Columbus sweet treat favorite Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, highlighted by Crew Stadium set to serve the products at all concession stands throughout the regular-season. The deal is the first sports-specific sponsorship for the Columbus-based company that has expanded to include stores in Cleveland, Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta and Charleston.

In addition to the delectable product's availability in-stadium at concession stands and designated Jeni’s carts, the partnership includes several Crew player appearances for guest scooping with dates to be announced in the future. Jeni’s “Sweet Treat” truck is also set to make an appearance at five to be determined dates at Crew Stadium during the 2014 Major League Soccer regular-season.
