Crew SC's Romain Gall scored in his third consecutive match as the United States U-20 Men's National Team earned a 2-1 win over Honduras in San Pedro Sula on Sunday. Sunderland's Lynden Gooch scored the winner for the Americans.
The U.S. U-20 MNT finished 2014 6-1-2 in international play as Gall led the side with four goals on the year.
