Black & Gold by the Numbers: March 27

Crew SC and the New York Red Bulls have met 60 times in regular-season play, but have also faced-off twice in the MLS Cup Playoffs. The Black & Gold met the then- MetroStars in the 1998 Eastern Conference Semifinals, which Crew SC took two matches to zero. Additionally, the sides also met in Los Angeles in MLS Cup 2008, where a 3-1 victory gave the Black & Gold their first MLS Cup championship.
