I want to begin by thanking everyone who bravely traveled to NJ for last night’s match. You were loud and you made a difference – thank you. I also want to send along a special thanks to the large group of supporters that made the middle-of-the-night trip to the airport to greet the team upon arrival. Can’t properly express how much that meant to the squad. Simply amazing.
I have an important update to my blog from last week and would like to let everyone know that as of late this morning we are sold out of the extra capacity seating that was created for MLS Cup at MAPFRE Stadium. While there is a small chance that additional seats could be released for purchase as a result of MLS holds being returned, we are sold out of all known available seats.
In the event that additional seats do become available for purchase, we have created an email database for supporters to register with so that we can notify you (via email and/or text alert) of a potential ticket release. This email/text alert database will not guarantee priority or the right to buy tickets, but it will be an early form of communication if a ticket release materializes.
