Here's what you should keep an eye on during the match:

Welcome Back

The Black & Gold hosts Toronto FC for a midweek matchup on Wednesday, May 10 at MAPFRE Stadium for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff. Wednesday’s match will mark the second match of the 2017 Trillium Cup series. The two teams will meet again for the final match of the Cup on May 26 at BMO Field. The last time the Reds came to town they left with a 2-1 loss, their first of the 2017 regular season.

Altidore Ready for More

Despite putting Toronto on the scoreboard first, Jozy Altidore and the rest of the Reds couldn’t find an equalizer against the Crew SC on April 15. However, things have been heating up for Toronto since it was handed their first loss of the season.

The now Eastern Conference leaders are coming into Wednesday’s match hot off a four-match winning streak led by their seasoned striker and lead goal scorer, Altidore. The 27-year-old Designated Player, who is tied for third place in the early run for the 2017 Golden Boot race with six goals, has either a goal or an assist in six of his nine games this season.
