GIVE FORWARD | Crew SC, Nicolai Naess & Columbia Gas of Ohio team up

Columbus Crew SC Defender Nicolai Naess and members of the Crew SC front office teamed up with Columbia Gas of Ohio on a beautification project at Glen Echo Park in the Glen Echo neighborhood near MAPFRE Stadium. Naess, Crew SC front office staff, and employees from Columbia Gas of Ohio spent Wednesday afternoon picking up trash in the park as well as cleaning up the gardens in the neighborhood. "We want to show that we care about our communities and our customers, and out here where we can do something good for them, is good for us.” Columbia Gas of Ohio, Vice President of Tax Chuck Mannix. This event was part of Crew SC’s Give Forward Initiative, presented by MAPFRE Insurance.

Columbus will next travel for a June 17 match in Atlanta against MLS-expansion side Atlanta United with a 7 p.m. ET kickoff. Crew SC next plays the Montreal Impact at MAPFRE Stadium on Saturday, June 24 with a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff. Enjoy half-off select beers (for supporters ages 21-and-over), Pepsi products, brats and pretzels through the 15th minute.*
