Patrick Mullins is a five-year MLS veteran who has played for the New England Revolution, New York City FC and D.C. United. Overall, he has made 96 regular-season appearances (53 starts) while scoring 23 goals and providing nine assists.
On September 23, 2017, Mullins scored all four goals for D.C. United in a 4-0 victory over the San Jose Earthquakes. The four strikes were scored within a 31-minute span, which is the fastest any player in MLS history has scored four goals in a single match.
In 2014, his rookie year, he made 21 regular-season appearances (14 starts), scored four goals and provided one assist en route to helping the New England Revolution reach the 2014 MLS Cup.
During his time at the University of Maryland from 2010-2013, Mullins made 92 appearances and registered 47 goals and 35 assists. He was also a two-time recipient of the Hermann Trophy (2012, 2013), given to the nation’s top college player by the Missouri Athletic Club.
