  • Eloy Room is a 12-year Eredivisie veteran who has played for PSV Eindhoven, SBV Vitesse, and the Go Ahead Eagles while making 160 appearances (159 starts) in the Dutch First Division.
  • He played a role in helping PSV Eindhoven win the Eredivisie during the 2017-2018 season.
  • Room helped SBV Vitesse win the KNBV Cup – the Netherlands’ domestic cup – during the 2016-2017 season, marking the first time the club had won the cup in its 125-year history.
  • In 2017, he was awarded the Golden Glove at the Caribbean Cup after helping Curacao win the tournament for the first time.
  • Room made 26 saves at the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup, the most by any goalkeeper at the tournament through the quarterfinals.


  • Notably, Room made 13 saves vs. Honduras in a group stage match on June 21 to help lead Curacao to its first-ever Gold Cup win
