WATCH eMLS CUP QUALIFIER CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Crew SC's Graham Ellix fell 2-1 to LAFC in the first round of the eMLS Cup Tournament on Sunday, June 28, but only after winning the Last Chance Bracket with four consecutive victories on Friday evening.
Ellix defeated Seattle's Nick Mars 3-3 (3-1 PKs) in the opening match of the eMLS Cup Last Chance Bracket and D.C. United's Mohamed "KingCJ0" Alioune Diop 2-1 in the quarterfinals, then Colorado's Brandon Gonzalez 0-0 (3-0 PKs) in the semifinals.
Up against Orlando in the final, Ellix won 1-0 to seal the 12th and final eMLS Cup seed.
