In an effort to keep Columbus beautiful, Columbus Crew SC, in partnership with Columbia Gas of Ohio, took to the community on Wednesday, September 23 to assist Columbus Recreation and Parks with beautification tasks in Schiller Park. The tasks included weeding and mulching playground spaces and around the trees in the park. Volunteers from Columbia Gas of Ohio and Crew SC accomplished spreading approximately 3,000 pounds of mulch throughout Schiller Park.
This event is a part of Crew SC’s Give Forward initiative presented by MAPFRE Insurance.
