THE FORTRESS AS THE HOST SITE
On Saturday, Lower.com Field will once again serve as the home of the Crew during the stadium’s first MLS Cup, which the Club earned the right to host based on its strong 2023 results, bolstered by the atmosphere you helped create at our fortress.
While Crew supporters and Lower.com Field will continue to provide an exceptional home-field advantage, the in-stadium experience will be modified for the match as MLS Cup is a league event, similar to Leagues Cup. Some of the pre-match elements that happen during a Crew regular season home match will be replaced with MLS Cup rituals.
MLS FAN FEST
Enjoy games and a chance to take home prizes at MLS Fan Fest on Chase Plaza at Lower.com Field. Fan Fest begins at 12:30 p.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m.
Shop for your Eastern Conference Champions and MLS Cup apparel at the Crew Shop starting at 12:30 p.m.
Take your photo in front of a MASSIVE 15-foot replica of the MLS Cup at Fan Fest.
Stop in at The Pub for food, beverage, and to watch a live pre-match show of 97.1 The Fan's Bone & Beam United podcast, airing from 2:00-3:30 p.m.
MATCHDAY TEAM ARRIVAL
At 2:15 p.m., rally in front of the West Lobby on Columbus Crew Way and chant and cheer as the team de-boards the bus and enters our Fortress!

Due to MLS Cup being a league event, Express Entry lanes will not be available on Saturday.
Additional mobile ticketing turnstiles will be available at entry gates to ensure smooth entry into this match. Please make sure to add your tickets to your wallet.

MLS Cup Alcohol Policy
- Per MLS Guidelines, all alcohol will be poured into cups regardless of your seating location.
- Alcohol cut off will be at the 70th minute.
Crew Shop
- The Crew Shop will open at 12:30 p.m.

Sensory Warning
- Please be advised that fireworks and pyrotechnics will be used during the match. After a Crew goal and win, lighting effects will be utilized that may influence certain medical conditions.
Sensory Solutions
- If a guest becomes overwhelmed to the point that remaining in their seat is uncomfortable, they can find an Experience Team member near Section 120 and inquire about using a sensory room. Lower.com Field offers two (s) soundproof sensory rooms with various seating options, a TV and remote, lighted wall installations for a calming environment, and various tactile stimuli mounted on the walls. There is no time limit on the usage of these rooms, and they are open to guests of all ages.
- Fans can take a Sensory Inclusion Pack by visiting the Koorsen Guest Services Center, located behind Section 112 on the Main Concourse, or outside the West Premium Lobby entrance. Packs intended to reduce impact of the in-person experience that may be overwhelming to some of our guests include items such as fidget toys, a weighted lap pad, sunglasses, non-verbal cards, and noise-reducing headphones. Guests taking a Sensory Inclusion Pack will be asked to leave a driver’s license as collateral.
