(April 16, 2020) – In light of the recent MLS statement regarding the 2020 season, Columbus Crew SC acknowledges the current uncertainty around the return to play and wants to assure our supporters that we will do right by you if Crew SC home matches are canceled or played without fans. More specifically, in accordance with Ohio law, all tickets for each 2020 Crew home match will be, within 8 weeks of the match’s originally scheduled date, redeemed when played with fans or, at the ticket holder’s option, either exchanged for equal or greater value or refunded. We will be in touch with more details as they become available, and also reiterate our gratitude to all those in the community who continue to support the Crew during these unprecedented times.
