Saturday's road match against the San Jose Earthquakes begins at 5:30 p.m. ET and is set to be locally televised on Bally Sports Great Lakes and via stream on the Bally Sports App. Neil Sika, Jordan Angeli and Brett Hiltbrand are slated to have the call in English.

ZELARAYAN SCORES, PROVIDES ASSIST

Lucas Zelarayan registered his first goal and assist of the season in Saturday’s 4-0 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC. The midfielder set up Miguel Berry’s opening goal in the eighth minute, before scoring a goal of his own in the 87th minute. Zelarayan also had three shots (one on target), won eight duels, attempted 10 crosses, created six chances and completed six dribbles during the contest. The playmaker’s performance earned him a spot in MLSSoccer.com’s Team of the Week for Week 1.

ZELARAYAN VOTED TO MLSSOCCER.COM'S TEAM OF THE WEEK

Following his performance against Vancouver Whitecaps FC, midfielder Lucas Zelarayan was named to the MLSsoccer.com Team of the Week. Last season Zelarayan was named to the Team of the Week on six occasions, (Weeks 4, 6, 12, 22, 33, 34).

MIGUEL BERRY SCORES FIRST GOAL OF 2022 SEASON

Miguel Berry scored the opening goal for the Crew in the Club’s victory against Vancouver Whitecaps FC. The forward’s strike came in the eighth minute of the contest, when he fired a shot from the edge of the box after receiving a pass from Lucas Zelarayan. Berry finished the match with two shots and completed all seven of his passes in the final third.

BERRY AMONG MLS LEADERS IN GOALS PER 90 MINUTES

Forward Miguel Berry has been among the leaders in goals per 90 minutes in MLS regular-season action since the beginning of the 2021 season. According to Opta, Berry’s rate of 0.89 goals per 90 minutes ties him with the LA Galaxy’s Javier Chicharito Hernandez and Los Angeles FC’s Cristian Arango for second place in MLS, behind only D.C. United’s Ola Kamara (0.98).
