Columbus Crew SC Esports player Nenad Stojkovic will be traveling to Boston, Mass. on Saturday, March 30 to compete in the 2019 edition of eMLS Cup presented by PlayStation at The Castle at Park Plaza.
The event is open to the public, with doors opening at 6 p.m. ET. While there, attendees can also play FIFA 19 at open-play stations. Those not in attendance can view the stream on Twitch, Twitter and MLSsoccer.com. The streams will be available from 1:30 PM ET to 3:15 PM ET and then from 7:00 PM ET to 10:30 PM ET.
Prior to the streamed portion of the event, where the eMLS Cup champion will be crowned, Stojkovic will compete alongside 21 other eMLS players (each representing a different MLS team) as part of one last regular season, where they will compete against opponents from the opposite conference for the first time this season.

Once that regular season is finished, the top five players in each conference – based on their aggregated record from League Series One and Two plus the eMLS Cup regular season – will qualify for the final stage. The remaining players will compete in a Last Chance Qualifying tournament, with the winner from each conference also reaching the final stage. Currently, Stojkovic sits tied for 10th in the Eastern Conference with 16 points.
The champion of the eMLS Cup will receive a trophy and a cash prize. They will also receive 850 FIFA Global Series Points, which will position them to make the Global Series Playoffs and give them the chance to qualify for the FIFA eWorld Cup. The top two eligible players will also be selected to represent the United States at the inaugural eNations Cup in April and compete against 16 other national teams.
