Nativo MAPFRE

1. Montreal Impact – 14 pts. |1-1 draw at New York City FC (4/27), 2-2 draw vs. Colorado Rapids (4/30), next: at Columbus Crew SC
A Dominic Oduro equalizer in stoppage time gave Montreal a 1-1 draw on the road against New York City FC, with the hosts dominating the match statistically. In their second match of the week, the Impact held the lead two separate times, but could not take home all three points in a 2-2 draw against the Colorado Rapids. Montreal will travel to Columbus this week to take on Eastern Conference opponent Crew SC.

2. Philadelphia Union - 13 pts. |1-1 draw vs. San Jose Earthquakes, next: vs. LA Galaxy (5/11)
A Chris Pontius goal (30th) and a second yellow card to San Jose’s Anibal Godoy (59th) were not enough for Philly in a 1-1 draw with the Earthquakes. A San Jose squad down to 10 men found the back of the net in the 83rd minute to deny Philly taking all three points. Next week, the Union welcome the LA Galaxy to Talen Energy Stadium.

3Toronto FC – 11 pts. |2-1 loss at Portland Timbers, next: vs. FC Dallas
Fifty-seven percent possession and 18 shots were not enough, as Toronto FC fell to the Portland Timbers 2-1. The loss marks Toronto’s first since April 2, but the Reds will look to get back on track this week against FC Dallas in their first meeting of 2016 at BMO Field.

4Orlando City SC – 10 pts. | 2-2 draw at New England Revolution, next: vs New York Red Bulls
As they did two weeks prior, Orlando City SC played the New England Revolution to a 2-2 draw in week nine. A 90th minute equalizer from Carlos Rivas secured one point for the Lions this week. Orlando City returns home this week to attempt to avenge their 3-2 loss to the Red Bulls on April 24.

5D.C. United – 10 pts. |1-1 draw at Chicago Fire, next: vs. NYCFC
In a wet and rainy match at Toyota Park, D.C. United and the Chicago Fire played to a 1-1 draw. A Patrick Nyarko header brought D.C. United level in the 64th minute, and both sides had their chances to take the lead throughout the match. The Black-and-Red will be looking to get back on track this week, as they host NYCFC.

6New York City FC – 10 pts. |1-1 draw vs. Montreal Impact (4/27), 3-2 win vs. Vancouver Whitecaps (4/30), next: at D.C. United
New York City FC dominated the majority of the match against Montreal, but a late equalizer by the Impact earned NYCFC just one point. However, three days later, NYCFC secured three points in a 3-2 victory over the Vancouver Whitecaps behind a brace from David Villa. Patrick Vieira’s squad will try to make it seven points in two weeks as they travel to RFK Stadium to take on D.C. United.

7New England Revolution – 10 pts. |1-1 draw vs. Portland Timbers (4/27), 2-2 draw vs. Orlando City SC (4/30), next: at LA Galaxy
New England racked up two points from two home matches last week, with a 1-1 draw with the Portland Timbers and a 2-2 draw against Orlando City SC. The Revs will look to get their first victory since April 1 this week, when they travel to the StubHub Center to take on the LA Galaxy.

8New York Red Bulls – 9 pts. |4-0 win vs. FC Dallas, next: at Orlando City SC
After a four game losing-streak, the Red Bulls have now won back-to-back matches including last’s weeks 4-0 rout of FC Dallas. Goals from four different players, and holding 60 percent of the possession were the difference for Red Bulls in their victory. They will look to continue their hot streak this week when they travel to Orlando City SC.

9. Columbus Crew SC – 8 pts. |1-0 loss at Seattle Sounders, next: vs. Montreal Impact
After winning two straight matches at home, Crew SC fell 1-0 on the road to the Seattle Sounders this week. The Black & Gold played well throughout the match, but conceded a goal to Sounders’ forward Jordan Morris in the 88th minute. Crew SC will try to get back on track this week, as it welcomes Eastern Conference leader, the Montreal Impact to MAPFRE Stadium. TICKETS

10. Chicago Fire – 7 pts. |1-1 draw vs. D.C. United, next: BYE
After a bye week, the Chicago Fire returned to Eastern Conference play in an exciting 1-1 draw with D.C. United. The Fire have a second straight week off, and will travel to the Vancouver Whitecaps for their next match on May 11.
