- Midfielder Hector Jimenez registered his 100th MLS regular-season start (153rd appearance) tonight against D.C. United. The midfielder played the entire 90 minutes, having two shots (one on target), registering 95 touches and attempting 68 passes during the contest. Jimenez joined Crew SC prior to the 2014 season after three seasons with the LA Galaxy. To date, he has made 110 appearances and 72 starts while wearing the Black & Gold. Overall, Jimenez has scored five goals and provided 21 assists since joining MLS in 2011.
- Midfielder Pedro Santos led both teams in total shots (six), shots on target (two) and tied with Wayne Rooney for most chances created (four) during tonight’s match. Santos also had 85 touches on the ball – tied with Wil Trapp for second most on the night – and made four tackles – tied with D.C. United’s Lucas Rodriguez for joint most tackles on the night. In 2019, Santos has made nine regular-season appearances (all starts), scoring two goals and providing two assists.
