Homestay Program
The Crew Academy Homestay Program offers elite youth soccer players from across the United States the opportunity to become full-time athletes while residing with local Columbus families. The program is made possible by generous local families who want to support the aspirations of talented young players. By matching children with safe, caring, and healthy families in the Columbus area, we can ensure meaningful development of each player, both on and off the field. Our host program has a long history in the community and has given rise to successful homegrown players, such as current Columbus Crew midfielder, Aidan Morris. Aidan often credits his host family for many of his career success and, even today, loves to spend as much time with them as he can.
The purpose of our Academy is to develop professional players that embody excellent character for the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer.
